  • Reorder Participants' Sequence
A new button allows changing participant sequencing after it has been set.

When applying a controlled copy, you can now choose which fields are displayed in the controlled copy table.

  • Copy Participant Roles on Revision
Participant roles are automatically assigned during revision creation and retained for subsequent revisions.

  • Exclude Training for Specific Users
In the training settings, we have added the option to exclude specific users from training. Under ‘Affected Users,’ select ‘Exclude’ for irrelevant users. Excluded users won’t receive the task; if the task has already been created, it will be deleted via the scheduled job the next day.

  • Carry Over Training Task in Create Revision

Add the option to carry over training tasks during revision creation rather than at the time of training setup.

This helps ensure users don’t overlook selecting this option when needed.

To use: go to ‘Create Revision,’ enter the reason for the change, and select ‘Carry Training Task’ if applicable.

Flexi Tables and Related Items

A new Tabular Data component allows displaying specific tables under separate tabs based on selected table names.

  • BOM (Bill Of Material)

The BOM feature now works on all Simploud records, allowing you to create a hierarchical bill of materials with unlimited depth.

Component Actions:

  • Setup BOM – Available for admins:

  • Table Setup: Add columns to the BOM table by clicking + Add New Row, entering the order number, selecting the field, and saving.
  • Add Element Setup: Select the element type, add a new row, enter the order number, select the field, and save.
  • + Add Element: Add multiple child elements under any parent element.
Choose the parent element, element type, product, and quantity.
  • Print BOM: Export the BOM element list as a CSV or PDF.

You can import Excel files into a table, mapping only the necessary columns while ignoring unmapped ones. Unmapped columns ensuring only relevant data is imported into the table fields.
