Every training task completed by a user that requires a quiz for completion is captured as a training certificate. The training certificate is unique for every controlled document/training material and a specific user. Every time a user retakes the quiz, whether it is due to retraining or to try and pass a failed quiz, the certificate will be updated with the latest quiz results.
