Deactivating a user

When deactivating a user, several things happen:

The existing license will be freed up, allowing it to be assigned to another user if needed.

The deactivated user will still be a part of any public group they were in but will no longer be assigned any tasks. You'll need to do that manually if you'd like to remove them from the group.

All Workflow Tasks will be deleted, including any status-changing tasks assigned to the user. However, all other tasks (not Workflow Tasks) will be reassigned to the local admin who deactivated the user. The user who performed the deactivation will receive an email with all the deleted workflow tasks and their previous owners, along with links to the records.

Open records assigned to the user will have a "Take Ownership" button, allowing you to assign them to another user.

Training tasks assigned to the user will be canceled and not appear under the Task List component.
