Salesforce Trust Notification: Root Certificate Update
Overview
In alignment with Salesforce Trust and security standards, Salesforce will enforce the presence of the DigiCert G2 Root Certificate in all relevant trust stores starting February 5, 2026.

- Disruption to API connections for existing integrations
- Access issues when using certain web browsers
Impact on Simploud
API Integrations
No action is required.
Simploud is already compliant with this requirement, and the DigiCert G2 Root Certificate is present across Simploud-managed environments, including Salesforce and SharePoint. Existing Simploud integrations will continue to function normally.
Web Browsers
All major modern browsers already trust the DigiCert G2 Root Certificate, including:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari
- Opera
If you are using a different browser or have specific concerns, please contact Simploud Success via your Configuration Item.
Customer Action (If Applicable)
If you maintain custom or third-party integrations connected to your Simploud org (for example, SAP, Jira, or other external systems), please confirm with the respective service provider that the DigiCert G2 Root Certificate is installed and trusted in their environment.
