Quality Event Record

When a new quality event is initiated, a dedicated record page is created to capture all the essential metadata associated with the event, defining and tracking its journey through the system.

This record serves as the event’s identification throughout its lifecycle and includes:

1. Title
2. Unique ID
3. Event Type
4. Record Owner
5. Status
6. Workflow
7. Workflow Buttons
8. Description
9. Analysis Section

1. Click on the 9 dots on the left side of the top navigation bar.

2. In the search bar, type "Quality Event" and select it from the list.

3. Click on the "New" button on the right side of the list view.

4. Fill in the metadata about the event, including the required fields: "Title", "Type", and "Date occurred."
