Post Release Updates – Summer 26 (SU26)

All corresponding actions were determined via the issue management process of Matrix Quality.

1. Missing Traceability Matrix for Requirement 8.A

  • Type: Human Error

Description: In the following document:
Matrix Quality Summer 26 Traceability Matrix – VAL-000093

During UAT updates to requirement 8.A (the new Training Program module), a traceability-matrix entry for this requirement did not generate correctly, and the associated test identifiers fell outside our naming convention (missing the ‘SMPL’ prefix). This was flagged during review following customer feedback. We have reverified that no test coverage was lost. The traceability matrix for the requirement is reflected in the current release documentation.

This has been documented under Quality Event QEV-000208.

Actions Performed:

  • Revised the document and replaced the previous version in the validation documentation.
  • Opened Quality Event QEV-000208 to document this update.
