PDF Rendition

Overview

PDF renditions play a pivotal role in ensuring documents are consistent, secure, and universally accessible, additionally they serve as the primary metadata source for the document record.

When the document moves to the Document Approval stage, a PDF rendition is automatically generated. This step ensures that the document’s format is preserved, making it ready for Approved status and distribution.
