Configuration Version - Workflow

Minor Changes

Validation has ended successfully, and the validated version gets uploaded to the production environment while a new record is being created in the Design status where the next round of changes would be managed and validated as needed in the next sprint. The configuration done during the previous version forms the basis for the next version. Once the new record reaches  Production, the old record gets pushed to Retired and major increases, a new record is being created in Design status and so on allowing flexability – changes can always be made and validated.

Add the requirement and the relevant tests for it. After adding the minor changes, you can execute the test with the requirements that you added (instead of running the full UAT).

Please notice that after adding each requirement/test you have to click save again on the main page

Minor Change Step by Step

1. Go to the Configuration version– make sure the status is in production.
2. Go to Minor Changes tab

Intruduciton section:

3) Click on “Add Minor Change”-> click save in the popup box you’ve filed and then save again in the buttom of the main page


Specification Records Section:

4) In “Tests” tab click on “Add Test Case” save twice-> click save in the popup box you’ve filed and then save again in the buttom of the main page
5) In “Requirements” tab click on “Add Requirement”-> Link the new test you’ve made and click save in the popup box you’ve filed and then save again in the buttom of the main page

Test Execution:

6)  Click on “Execute Test”
7)  Link the tests you want to validate
8)  Execute test
