MFA
Simploud runs on the Salesforce platform, the world’s most trusted and secure cloud platform. As cyber threats become more frequent, passwords are no longer enough to protect against unauthorized access.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of protection to enhance security. That’s why Salesforce requires MFA to log into Simploud for QA and production environments.
MFA automatically enables all direct logins to your products, ensuring a stronger defense against cyber threats.

Temporary Verification Code
Log in without a phone device:
Access recovery with Admin-generated temporary verification codes is for users who don’t have their usual verification method (phone device forgotten or disabled). Instead, they can use a Verification Code (multiple times until it expires).
Change Phone Device
Log in with a different phone device:
For a user to be able to connect with a different phone device, an admin can disconnect an existing link between the Salesforce Authenticator app and a specific user.
