Step 01 - Define Requirements
Define Requirements
When a Customer wants to establish an eQMS, usually determines what are those minimum requirements which the system must comply with. To support this activity, please find below a User Requirements Specification template, which you may use for this purpose.
Step 02 - User Access
User Access
When your compliance platform is activated, your System Administrator is setting up the account for you with the proper access rights and permission groups.

Step 03 – Login
Login
Clicking on ‘Verify Account’ you shall be able to setup your password and login to your environment.
Please note that for the production environment after the 2nd login Multi-Factor Authentication has to be enabled.

Now, after you were able to login successfully, the next step is to understand how the Simploud platform is built logically. Please familiarize yourself with all the components, as indicated below.
