Webinars An experiment record is a repository for conducting all necessary tests on a given sample.
This process encompasses three primary steps:
Execute Tests Process
Step 1 - Create an Experiment Record
Click on the 'Experiment' button to begin creating a new experiment record.
Enter experiment details and choose 'Sample Testing' from the dropdown.
Step 2 - Book a Resource
This action allows adding resources, such as materials, samples, and equipment for reservations for the experiment.
Click on the Lab Information tab and then click on the Book a Resource button.
Select the relevant resource.
Choose the resource for the experiment and click on the plus button. Set the start and end date, and then click on reserve.
The chosen resource is added to the Tested Materials and Samples table.
Step 3 - Adding Tests
Adding tests involves selecting the necessary tests from a predefined list and incorporating them into the experiment to ensure all required analyses are conducted.
Click on the 'Add Tests' button
Select the appropriate test from the list
Click the Link Template button to include it in the experiment.
The test has been added to the resource.
Step 4 - Execute Tests
Execute tests are for performing the necessary analyses on samples to obtain and record results within the experiment.
Click on the play button to execute the test.
To fill in the test, click on the Open Test button.
Click on Edit to insert the test details.
