- Both the Record Owner and the reviewers must have paid Office 365 accounts.

Optimizing Integration
Simploud collaborates with SharePoint by utilizing the ‘installing user’ as the file host. This Office 365 account will have access to all files, regardless of the permissions level set on Simploud’s side.
Additionally, if this account is disabled, every file existing in editing mode will be removed from the system, potentially resulting in data loss. Therefore, we recommend using a dedicated Office 365 account to establish the integration.
Online Limitations
Word
- No rulers or gridlines.
- No captions.
- No autotext, cover pages, table of contents, or watermarks.
- No advanced data integration like mail merge.
- No page borders or line numbers.
- No custom dictionary or translation tools.
- No online video embedding.
- No inserting shapes or charts.

- No rich formatting for text, shapes, or pictures.

If we deployed the new Collaboration Tool today, does it affect the existing Controlled Documents records?
The new tool will be effective only on newly created records and new revisions.
Is it possible to share the document externally from Simploud?
Yes, the document is stored on Office 365 OneDrive, which includes all standard OneDrive functionalities, such as the ability to share files.
Will the document be stored in the Dedicated OneDrive forever?
You can decide if and in what statuses the file will be deleted from the OneDrive.
