Simploud Sandbox and Production Environments 

In Simploud, your business operates across two main environments: Production and Sandbox. Understanding the difference helps ensure smooth operations and safe innovation. 

Production Environment 

The Production environment is your live system – where your users work daily, data is real, and every action directly impacts your business. This is where customer interactions, reporting, and compliance activities happen. Because of its critical role, Simploud enforces strong security, redundancy, and uptime guarantees in Production. 

Sandbox Environment 

A Sandbox is a secure, isolated copy of your Production environment. It is designed for testing, training, and development without risk to live operations. Teams can configure workflows, test integrations, validate updates, and even train employees in Sandboxes, ensuring that changes are safe and effective before moving them into Production. Sandboxes can be refreshed with Production data or uploaded historical data, as needed. 

How It Works Together 

Customers use Sandboxes to experiment and refine processes, then deploy tested configurations into Production with confidence. This setup minimizes disruption, reduces risk, and supports compliance by maintaining a clear separation between “live” and “test.”
