Collaboration Tool setup
Introduction
This integration connects Simploud to a dedicated user’s OneDrive account, which acts as the central storage location for documents managed by Simploud. The dedicated user account in OneDrive will store all files, and Simploud users will interact with these documents based on the permissions granted through Simploud’s workflow system.
This setup enables real-time document editing within Simploud without needing to download and re-upload files. Users can open, edit, and save documents directly in Simploud, and changes are reflected in the dedicated OneDrive account. However, permissions for editing and accessing documents will be governed by Simploud’s document workflows, ensuring that only authorized users can make changes.
