Billing

Simploud’s licensing model is subscription-based. Costs depend only on the number and type of user licenses. All services, including implementation, configuration, migration support, validation, training, upgrades, and support, are included in the subscription, with no additional professional services fees.

A subscription period is 1-year, started from the date of contract signature (e.g. 01 Feb 2025) until the previous day of the next year (e.g. 31 Jan 2026).
 A 30-45 days notification before the subscription renewal is being sent to the main contact of the Customer to rediscuss the number/type of users and modify the subscription cost (if required). An invoice is generated and sent to the Customer with 45-days payment due date.
 As per the Cost Calculator page of our website, there is a minimum annual deal size. If the actual number of users is not reaching this value, the invoice will be issued with the minimum deal size amount. If the number/type of users are modified within the subscription period, the subscription cost will be amended until the minimum deal size is reached, w/o additional cost. Once the minimum deal size value is reached, the additional amount will be added on the top of it.


An interim invoice is generated and sent to the Customer when the number/type of users are changed (i.e. increased) during the subscription period.

Reducing the number number/type of users is possible only when renewal of subscription period is due. If you want to read more about user roles and team management, check our relevant subpages.
