Automatic training tasks
As a Customer, you can set up a task to be automatically assigned to new users. To achieve this, two essential things must be done. Firstly, you need to ensure that the public group of the training contains the new users (additional groups can be also created and assigned via Simploud Administration). When a new user is added, you need to include them in the public group to receive the task assigned to all users. Secondly, the task must be set to be created in effective status of the record (e.g. Controlled Document or Training Material).
Training certificates
Every time when a user completes a quiz, it is captured as a training certificate. The training certificate is unique for every controlled document/training material and a specific user. This means that for every document or training material record that requires a quiz a training certificate record will be created for every user that completes a quiz, based on the training task for the first time (successful or not).
Every time a user retakes the quiz, whether it is due to a retraining or to try and pass a failed quiz, the certificate will be updated with the latest quiz results. In addition to the auto creation/update of the certificates, Customers can create manual certificates in order to record external trainings or past trainings. Each automatic training certificate captures the results of every quiz execution (passed or failed) as well as the results from the quiz taken. If the user passed the quiz the correct answers will also be visible.
