The “Forms” component grants the ability to attach smart forms to the record, such as decision trees, checklists, questionnaires, surveys, and other use cases that require structured forms to be filled out by users.
Examples of use cases:
- Customer Feedback Questionnaire
- Training Completion Checklist
- Equipment Maintenance Periodic Check.
The form can be displayed on the record in two ways:
Adding and Filling Forms
- In some cases, defined by the owner, forms can be filled in steps. In that case, the percentage bar will show the form progress and by clicking on the “Review Form” button, users are able to continue editing the form
