Webinars The Alerts Component allows users to customize alerts for each object based on specific conditions and parameters.
Notifications for alerts can be sent via email or displayed on the record.
How It Works
- These conditions are based on the values of specific fields within an object’s record.
- Users define the conditions that will trigger an alert during the report creation process.
- When setting up a new alert, you must first create a report to specify which fields will be monitored.
1. Click on the "+" icon
2. Select the process you wish to filter by
3. Click "New Filter"
4. Configure the Filter and Report Settings and click "Save"
5. Establish a condition based on the number of records retrieved by the filter. The next steps or outcomes will depend on this count.
