Prints

The “Prints” component allows users to easily print the information gathered in the record and its audit trail. 
The print layout is predefined by the system admin and can be easily configured.

Print

Opens the preview window to print the record metadata like any standard PDF document.

Audit Trail

Opens the preview window to print the audit trail.

Digitally Sign

Allows users to digitally sign documents uploaded to the record.  The signature position can be defined during signing. You can choose to add the digital signature to the main file attached to the record and to files added to a flexi table (additional files).
