Related Items

The “Related Items” component links different records in the system. 
It lets users either create a new record or link an existing one to a related object.

For example:

In different statuses, we can see various related items.

Creating a New Item

1. Click on the + icon to add an item

2. Choose “Create New…”

3. Fill In the title and any other relevant fields and click “Create New”. Once completing this process, a new record is created in the linked object

Link an Existing Item

1. Click on the + icon to add an item

2. Choose “Create New…”

3. Type the name or unique ID into the search bar and click "Search." A list of all matched records will appear below. Click the "+" button next to the chosen record and then click "Link Item"
