Flexi Table assists in displaying additional information related to the record in a table format.
Flexi tables are added as tabs to the record.
Each tab can hold multiple tables.
Table Types
Simploud offers various types of tables:
Items:
Used for reference information without creating tasks or additional records in the parent object.
Files:
This table allows attaching files with additional information or attributes. Electronic signatures can be assigned to the uploaded files. The total of all the files together cannot exceed 6 MB.
Hierarchy:
A structured table used to organize and display data in a parent-child relationship, showing the levels and connections between different elements. It is often used to list all the components of a product or assembly, such as the Bill of Materials (BOM).
Tasks:
A table designed for managing tasks related to the record. Tasks can be created in “Draft” status, meaning they are created without being executed immediately. The workflow’s status triggers the task’s execution.
Sequenced Tasks
Sequenced tasks produce a Gantt form diagram of all the tasks related to the record.
The execution of one task can depend on the completion of another task.
Since tasks are created in ״Draft״ status, you can create sequenced tasks before they are executed and build a regulated work plan.
Tasks that are not dependent on other tasks will be created once the trigger is activated, dependent tasks will be created at the end of the prerequisite.
Simploud randomly colors the tasks to distinguish between them in the diagram below. In addition, overdue tasks are colored in red, due today in blue, and completed in green.
