Participants

The “Participants” component allows the record owner to assign one or more reviewers and approvers within a specific workflow.
1. Click the "+" icon to add participants

3. Choose a user, click the "+" box, and then click "Add"

4. See all participants grouped by tasks by clicking the collapse arrow on the left

  • Admins can add or remove participants.
  • If participants are not assigned when clicking on the following status, a popup window requesting an assignment will appear.

Upon Request

  • Users can be assigned in a particular sequence.
For example, when the status changes to “Review,” the assigned Reviewer 1 will get the task first.
Only after Reviewer 1 finishes will Reviewer 2 be able to review.
Current tasks are removed
  • Use the arrow to change the sequence order, and then click "Save Sequence"
  • Users can be assigned by their defined roles.
For example, if a QA person needs to review in the “Review” status, the system will automatically assign him.
