icon Is Simploud support free to access?

Yes, all documentation, FAQs, and learning resources are freely available for Simploud users.
All Customers can access the trainings via their environments (sandbox or production).
By default no certificate is issued via the Simploud Academy page. Although, it is possible to perform the trainings via the Training Material workflow of the Simploud platform, where the certificate can be issued. Please contact your System Administrators if you want this option enabled.
Simploud Academy is updated regularly, whenever new content becomes available (e.g. webinar, new process training, updated FAQ, etc.)
If you need additional help, please ask your System Administrator first and Simploud Success Team will be reached out, if needed.
